Return Policy for Bullen's Jewellers

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products, earrings).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch prior to purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
